Private garden and pool area with various seating areas, sun loungers and barbecue, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You can romp around on three floors with a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the view of the city and towards the sea. Air conditioning and fast Internet. We offer 3 double beds 160*200 and 4 single beds 90*200. The accommodation Large new villa (moved into in June 2024) The villa is a three-story residence. 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms. Above the house, there is a roof terrace with a stunning view of Torrevieja and the Mediterranean. The lower floor is bright and airy as it has its own light well. A large common room with a large sofa and a TV. The basement also has a large bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a full bathroom. If you are more than 8 people, there are 2 single beds and 2 extra beds in the large basement living room. Upon request, we can provide accommodation for 12 people. The main floor has sliding doors leading to the pool and outdoor area and has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The living room contains a sofa group and a dining room that can accommodate 10 to 12 people. There is also a bedroom with 2*90 beds. These can be assembled into a double bed. Here is also the en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, you go up to the 2nd floor which contains two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There are plenty of built-in wardrobes adjacent to all bedrooms. We offer all travelers a ready-to-use bed with bed linen, a duvet and a pillow as well as a set of towels with a small and a large towel. This is included in the cleaning fee. Remember to bring your own towel to the beach and pool. The washing machine is located in a separate room in connection with the large roof terrace which overlooks Torrevieja, the neighborhood and the sea. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms for heating and cooling purposes, with controls conveniently located on each floor. All bathrooms have underfloor heating cables. The entire villa is well sheltered from the neighborhood and the street. It is perceived as quiet and low-traffic. The house is well sheltered from view and you can enjoy the private garden and pool. Here, we offer an outdoor shower, a large dining table with room for 10 people as well as 6 sun loungers and a seating area for several people. A large private pool, which offers an ideal setting for a quiet retreat in Torrevieja. Private parking on site is available for 2 cars in the carport and good parking on the street. The accommodation is very central, within walking distance of everything. It takes 7 minutes to walk to Centro Torremarina. Here, there is a large modern supermarket, Mercadona, a flower shop, a pharmacy and many other shops. You will also find a good selection of different types of restaurants. It only takes 10 to 12 minutes to walk to what many consider the best beach in Torrevieja, the sandy beach of La Mata. There are many golf facilities nearby. 24 km and less than 30 minutes by car and you will find one of the best golf facilities in Spain. Las Colinas Golf and Country Club. Guest access The entire villa is at your disposal as a traveler. There will be personal effects in some cupboards. The bathrooms are equipped with basic simple products. We thank you for refilling if it is empty. The TV is a 65-inch Samsung TV. You can connect to the most common apps with your own user. Recommend and bring an Apple TV or similar, if you want to watch a lot on TV. Other remarks The villa is brand new and we had the first tenants in July 2024. We have received unprecedented positive feedback from everyone who has rented from us. We have furnished for 10 people to stay comfortably. Upon request, we can rent to 12 people who can stay comfortably. There are two large dining tables, one inside and one outside. Both tables can accommodate 10 to 12 people. You use the same chairs inside and outside. There are 12 good dining chairs in total. There are three large air conditioning installations, please use them in moderation. There is no need to have a constant 20 degrees 24 hours a day. Avoid having doors and windows open when the air conditioning is on. There is a large hot water tank, but remember that if you are 10 people, there is not enough hot water for all 10 people to shower for 15 minutes.
